Project Xena required the delivery of a fully operational naval support base for the South African Navy, including accommodation, workshops, utilities and specialist facilities supporting Barracuda-class vessels.
The project demanded more than accommodation infrastructure. Multiple operational systems had to be integrated into a single military-ready environment capable of supporting daily naval operations.
We delivered a complete turnkey military infrastructure solution, integrating accommodation, power generation, water treatment, waste management and specialist naval support facilities into one coordinated redeployment.
The base was delivered fully operational and ready for immediate occupation, demonstrating our ability to deliver complex military infrastructure beyond traditional camp solutions.
