Our work spans close to six decades and 7 continents; be it military innovation to humanitarian responses, we have covered some of the harshest operational environments in the world. The following case studies highlight our capabilities applied in real-time scenarios, delivering speed, reliability and fully integrated redeployable infrastructure solutions where they matter most.

Military

In the early 1970s, we partnered with military technical units to develop a rugged, rapidly redeployable shelter for mobile teams operating in remote environments. The project would become the foundation of one of our most recognised redeployable shelter systems.

Four camps. Two war zones. Three months.

Military

In 2002, BUSHTEC Redeployable Camp Solutions was contracted through KBR to manufacture and deliver four fully operational 600-man military camps for the UK Ministry of Defence supporting operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.

A Navy base delivered turnkey

Military

Project Xena required the delivery of a fully operational naval support base for the South African Navy, including accommodation, workshops, utilities and specialist facilities supporting Barracuda-class vessels.

Customisation without compromise

Military

Under Project Swatch, we were appointed to provide battalion-scale accommodation infrastructure for the South African National Defence Force while adapting existing systems to updated operational requirements.

19 border bases. One impossible deadline.

In 2021, were awarded a national programme to replace accommodation facilities across 19 South African border posts using Warrior shelter systems.

Beyond tents: hardwall capability

In 2021, we were appointed to deliver a 680-bed workforce camp in Palma, Mozambique, utilising hardwall accommodation units supplied through Dynamic African Products (DAP).
