Project background
In 2002, BUSHTEC Redeployable Camp Solutions was contracted through KBR to manufacture and deliver four fully operational 600-man military camps for the UK Ministry of Defence supporting operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Four complete military camps had to be manufactured, supplied and delivered within less than three months. The project required military-grade reliability, large-scale production and complex logistics across active conflict zones.
Leveraging our integrated manufacturing and logistics capabilities, we coordinated simultaneous production streams and international redeployment schedules to ensure each camp was operationally ready upon arrival.
All four camps were successfully delivered within the required timeframe, reinforcing our reputation for executing large-scale military infrastructure projects under extreme operational pressure.
