Project background
In 2021, were awarded a national programme to replace accommodation facilities across 19 South African border posts using Warrior shelter systems.
The project required the manufacture of 269 shelters, removal of existing infrastructure and installation across 19 operational sites within an exceptionally compressed timeframe.
We implemented a rapid mobilisation strategy combining accelerated manufacturing. Dedicated teams were assigned coordinated logistics and parallel installation teams to keep all sites progressing simultaneously.
All 269 Warrior shelters were delivered and installed on schedule, covering more than 38,000 kilometres nationwide and ensuring every facility was operational by programme completion.
