Project background
In 2025, we were commissioned by Rio Tinto to deliver a 1,400-person mining camp supporting accelerated mine development.
The project required large-scale accommodation infrastructure, utility integration and redeployment within an aggressive operational schedule.
Through accelerated manufacturing and coordinated redeployment teams, we delivered accommodation, ablutions, services infrastructure and operational training within three months. Site installation, utility integration and commissioning continued through to final project completion in October 2025
The camp enabled mining operations to commence six months ahead of schedule, contributing to the first ore shipment in January 2026.
